How to Connect — Max-WoW: Pandaria (5.4.8)

You only need a 5.4.8 client + the correct realmlist. Follow the steps below and you’ll be in-game in minutes.

Quick Steps

1) Download a 5.4.8 client

Use ZIP (direct) or Torrent (faster for some). Extract/install to a clean folder (example: C:\Games\WoW 5.4.8).

2) Set your realmlist

Edit WTF\Config.wtf (or Data\enUS\realmlist.wtf if your client uses that) and add the line shown below.

3) Create your account

4) Launch the game

Run Wow.exe, log in, pick the realm, and you’re ready.

If your browser shows “Not Secure” on the temporary IP site, that’s normal until the domain/SSL is fully active.

Client Downloads

Tip: Keep your client clean (no random patches). If you already have a 5.4.8 client installed, you only need to set the realmlist line above.
